L’étude préliminaire regroupe les intentions du client.Elles sont prises en considération au sein des données environnementales d’un site existant dans lequel le futur projet s’insèrera.
Une première analyse du lieu (levé de terrain et de ses infrastructures, topographie, type de sol, relevé des plantes existantes, ect…) permettra d’orienter le futur projet.
L’étude préliminaire est présentée soit sous forme d’esquisses et de perspectives à main levée ou sur plan informatique.

The preliminary study gathers the client’s intentions.
They are taken into consideration within an existing site’s environmental situation in which the future project will be implemented.
A first analysis of the grounds (cadastral and infrastructure surveys, topography, soil type, existing plants…) will help to orient the future project.
The preliminary study is presented in the form of sketches and perspectives, either freehand or computer-generated.
